AG CAPITAL was established in 2014 and has been specializing in the promotion and development of real estate projects, especially in the Lisbon and Évora areas in Portugal.
AG CAPITAL has a highly skilled team, with more than 20 years of experience in Real Estate, Project Management and Construction markets in Portugal, and works with first line architects and engineers to achieve the most efficient design for its projects.
Our team has extensive experience in real estate and construction, directing projects through the various phases, from design to completion, defining the initial concept and feasibility studies, selecting and coordinating the design teams, following the licensing, selecting and coordinating contractors and construction inspection and defining the marketing and sales strategy.
