An old residential building from the 1940’s, located in Ajuda, Lisbon, originally with 3 floors and 1 patio. The main façade will be preserved, and one extra floor will be added, while also using the attic area, in a total GCA increase of nearly 50%. The back side will be fully converted to create new balconies for the apartments, and private patios for the ground floor and first floor units.
